What can I do if pressure washing turned my aluminum ceiling gray?

I pressure washed it and it has a dirty grey look to it. Any ideas?

You could have etched with the pressure. Paint would be a solution.
Use a Heavy Duty Mr. Clean Magic Eraser followed by a wiping of Windex.
