You can call a metal working or sheet metal guy to come out to take measurements and then make your awning cause it takes equipment to bend metal. It wasn't that expensive to have one done here.

Do you want it to protect the doorway from the rain, give shade, or is it going to be for decorative purposes only?

You can also buy inexpensive polycarbonate awnings... https://www.amazon.com/s?k=polycarbonate+porch+awning&ref=nb_sb_noss these are lightweight and if your good on a ladder you could do this by yourself.
