  • Rubbing alcohol removes paint and markers. Pour it on and rub the spot with a dry cloth until the spot is gone. It may take several applications.

Test in a hidden spot first. I've never had damage, but you never know.

I just read a hack that suggested using one of those dry erasers slightly dampened.

I haven't tried it yet so let us know if it works.

Use a carpet cleaner and a product designed for paint removal. When you tried to clean all you did was dilute the paint and spread it farther. You need something that takes I out of the carpet not spread it farther which is what a carpet cleaner does. You can rent them.

I thought I was just spot cleaning but this blue spot turned into a bigger spot... I will try spot scrubbing and use the shop bac to draw it out. Thanks!!!!🌺
