If it was never sealed it will have absorbed grease deep into the brick. impossible to get out, although you could try w/Up liquid in a little water and a scrubbing brush/nail brush, toothbrush.
Is it real brick or a vinyl product? If it isn't real brick and you know the brand, they should have a website where you will find cleaning instructions. Real brick could be cleaned with a mild detergent and a soft bristle brush.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

You could try using soapy water and a scrubbing brush/nail brush and or toothbrush. When happy with finish use a sealer on the bricks.
