Can I paint glass couloured tesari tiling that is on my kitchen walls?

I have sheets of glass coloured tesari tiling fixed to my kitchen walls! I wasn't happy with the way they were put on several years ago go and I'm still not happy. Is it possible to paint them without them looking like painted tiles?

Im not sure they won't just look painted. Maybe you could replace a little at a time.
Impossible with tesari sheet tiles , it's remove them all, or not at all !
