What is this? plant stand, horse feeder or what?

It is 49" tall, and extends to 72" tall. The basket part tilts and has an attached notched lever.

    I think Adrianne is correct with the funeral/wedding floral stand. It looks like there is a little button or post on the side of the stand that the notched arm would fit on to adjust the tilt of the basket. :)

    Maybe a stand to hold a basket while picking apples....tilt to empty into the larger container when the foreman comes by?

    I don't know what it is, but if it still works (tilting and positioning) I bet I could find a use for it1!!

    I agree with Adrianne, but I see a future as a unique floor lamp.
  • Based upon the size I would agree its for temporary flower or plant displays. The larger size pot holder is designed to allow it to tilt so its easier to remove the heavy pots with the plants or flowers in it
