Remove all the caulk with a blade and bleach it after let it dry and then apply new caulk make sure you get all the old caulk out complete scrap it really good with razor blade

Try making a paste of bleach and baking soda. Apply with a small brush...leave on for 30 minutes and rinse off. Repeat, if necessary.

Soak cotton balls in bleach and tape them up on the mold leave over night
