Is there an easy way to make over builder-grade doors without paint?

I have old white hollow core doors..that need repainting. Besides painting is there any easy upgrade to make them look better?

Yes, you can panel them, mitring the corners (like a picture) . One panel or two or three or georgian, it's up to you and the style you like best.
