Do you mean a table with a heavy metal base and a circular top? This could be achieved by either buying the base secondhand from a Pub or yard sale or could be made up from a Metal Cast Parassole base a piece of metal tubing (POSSIBLY SCAFFOLDING TUBE) and a suitable fitting to attach it to the top ( Maybe Plumbing fitting) The top is normally Round but doesn't have to be. Should you want the stand at tall table (length the tubing). If you want an oblong table - look at Cast Garden furniture ..........
