How can I create a space for trash cans by my deck?

Deb..I usually put mine to the side where the chair rolls in and out under the desk.
Your trash cans need to be accessible to the garbage/ recycling collector, i have seen several cans sitting in a 3 sided hideout, pallets worked as well, until the tall as my armpits cans came along.
If that’s the only place you can put them, put up a privacy screen so you can’t see them from the deck.
