Hi Kim. I'm Cindy. You could make a frame around both mirrors using trim. Take your measurements with you to your local home improvement store. Walk through the trim aisle and find a flat trim you like. They may even offer to cut it for you. (free) You can have the corners cut with 45 degree angle. If you're not comfortable working with angles, you can purchase a rosette (which is really just a square of wood) for the corners. You can either stain or paint it all. Then install the trim using Lock Tite adhesive. Good luck Kim.
