Hi You'll have to make sure your chalk based paint has some water mixed in with it. Also have a spray bottle of water on hand to keep the fabric moist. Begin to paint fabric with the watered down paint. If paint doesn't seem to be going on smoothly use the spray bottle to help move the paint better. :)
