Spray beds, mattresses and railings with 90% rubbing alcohol. Also spray pillows and bedding but air everything out until dry before you use them! Spray directly on bugs if possible!

If you can afford it??? Burn the mattress, replace the carpet.
Then, wash the bed covers in hot water with detergent.
