  • Hi, Lo Lo!

I've always used a good dishwashing liquid like Dawn and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. If it's resin furniture that dulls or oxidizes in the sun, it can be followed with a liquid wax to restore the shine once dry. I hope this helps!

Sudsy ammonia. Buy at grocery store. Mix with water, as strong as you need. Bleach is also effective- but do not mix with other products.

Any bleach cleaner, similar to a spray-on bathroom cleaner, can help take on the black sap and mold stains on outdoor furniture. A nylon or other plastic scrub brush works well on textured surfaces, or a Mr. Clean-type sponge ofr smooth surfaces. Rinse well in either case.

Hi Lolo, Everyday dishwasher detergent mixed with hot water is a great option for cleaning outdoor vinyl and plastic furniture. Add 1/4 cup powdered or liquid dish washing detergent to 1 gallon of water, stir well, and apply it to the furniture using a sponge or spray bottle; let it set for 15 minutes.
