The wall paper in my kitchen has been painted over and I would leave it that way but some of the corners around the windows are lose and curling up. I wouldn't mined just painting it again and gluing the lose ends down. What would you suggest ?

Hello Ranate! I normally don't recommend painting over wallpaper but I also know that trying to remove wallpaper that has already been painted over is not so much fun. It can be done but it is sometimes a huge job and there can be some damage to the wall underneath. What normally happens with wallpaper that has been painted over is that it comes loose, curls up and gets brittle. If you think you can glue it down and make it look OK then go ahead and paint over it. Just know that the more layers of paint that end up on wallpaper the more "FUN" it will be to remove down the road.

One part vinegar and one part warm water, Spray it allover and let it sit for less than 30 minutes. Use the wallpaper remover tool from home depot and see the magic. It's extremely easy to remove and I am speaking from experience.

    Good luck,
