I would make a diluted solution of OxyClean or Awesome Orange (my favorite...from Dollar Tree) about 1 scoop to 1 gallon of water and scrub with an old white t-shirt or towel.

Steam Clean!
A steam cleaner would work great of you have one. Be careful not to soak the fabric, or you could end up with a bad smell.
For spot cleaning stains try Dawn dishwashing soap mixed with hot water in a bucket and lightly scrub area and pat with wet sponge and let air dry than brush or fluff up the fabric.
