How do I restore a dried out wood headboard?

I have a headboard that has been in outside storage for several years. The wood is dried out, and I need to know how to bring it back so that I can now use it.

Start with OrangeGlo or some other type of wood oil. If that doesn't take care of it, check into Old English Scratch Cover. You can also use coconut oil.
