Which paint can I use without sanding first?

Watched a you tube video last night. She cleaned the hutch then started pain ring with a foam brush. Can't remember Ladies name or name of paint. Video was maybe 2 or 4 years ago. Can you help me please?

Chalk paint is the paint I know you don't have to sand first.
She never mentioned that it was Chalkpaint. It was her brand of paint. Was really thick paint. Sold in quarts. Basically 1 coat coverage.
