Hello I guess I could be done using the same citric acid premise, I recently bought afresh on sale on Amazon with Slickdeals alert - it was very economical maybe more so than a Tang hack. I see dollar coupons for it in magazines too. It makes my stainless steel Kitchenaid shine.

Use Tang instead of dishwasher detergent and run the empty dishwasher through a normal cycle.
