Utilize under the bed. Fold items "small" so that you can pack more items in the space. In the closet, use that space below and above clothes. Add shelves with bins or baskets if more space is needed.

Also a shelf above the door is good for toliet paper storage or rolled towels. And don't waste the space above the toilet, but one of those shelving pieces with 3 shelves. You can also add one of the shower curtains with the mesh pockets for storing bathing stuff. You can also add a corner shelf piece for storing shampoo and other bottles in the corner of the bath tub itself.
I added a couple small towel bars one over the other for 2 large towels, and 2 ring towel holders on either side of the medicine cabinet.
