How do I make a stone or concrete pathway through my flower garden?

I would like to make a pathway to my garden hose & birdbaths that are located in my flower garden. I have ground cover ivy that I keep stepping on to get to the hose. I would like to make a raised pathway so I can reach it without stepping on my plants.

Stacy....I think nice stepping stones placed through the area would work and will need to be leveled by digging out. If you want rock or concrete you will need to dig area out and place wood or edging through the area and pour concrete or rock to fill. Good luck!
