I think I would get some Rit Dye Color Fixative, and wash in cold water.

If you are unsure about the material and colors, I'd take it to a dry cleaning specialist. Someone who does wedding gowns, etc. Also ask about their guarantee if its valuable.
Take it to the dry cleaners and see if they can do it. Spot clean if it's only a few stains if possible.
