Hi Don, its looking like early November after they go dormant would be the best time but it depends on your location. https://www.organicauthority.com/live-grow/how-to-transplant-blueberry-bushes

Spring is the best time to transplant so the bushes get a chance to get well established before the cool of fall and winter gets here. I would wait until spring, if they were my blueberry bushes.

    Hi Don,

If you do choose to plant blueberries in the fall, it should be done in late September or early October. The roots of these bushes will continue to grow until the soil reaches temperatures below 45 F. An advantage to planting in the fall is that your blueberries are already in place when the spring rains arrive.
