How do I paint PVC pipes?

What is a good paint to use on PvC pipes. They will be used outside, not protected from the elements, spring time through the fall season. Thank you

there is spray paint for plastics now. they hold up pretty well. krylon is one brand

Joan....I would recommend the Krylon paint for plastics also. Good product!
