How can I frame this large bathroom mirror (picture)?

I want to frame a large mirror in bathroom. I can attach to all on sides but will have to find adhesive that will stick to top and bottom. I would happily paint a frame around it but so far not even Google tells me what type of paint. Taking it down is not an option for me. I attached a picture if it helps. Thanks
Oh easy fix, get molding of your choice at Home Depot, I personally like the thick molding. Also buy the corner pieces this way no miter cuts, just straight cuts. We used Rustoleum spray paint on the molding, I did not want brush marks. Glued the molding right on the mirror, with Liquid Nails and taped with painters tape till dry.
You can buy mirror frames kits at Lowes and Home Depot in different colors and with some design elements. Or if you have some woodworking skills you can make your own. Since removing the mirror isn't an option and the kits can be a bit pricey, I am going to suggest that you start to scour some thrift shops for a large picture frame that is close to the size of your mirror. If necessary paint your thrifted frame. Then hang it over top of your existing mirror. Most likely it will be a different size than your mirror but that serves to emphasize your statement that you are framing the face in the mirror, not the mirror.
They make a wide border that looks like wood but is plastic. All you need is a cheap miter box and it comes with a saw to cut your 45 degree angles. Chalk paint or spray your favorite color. Stick up with Loctite Power grip. It is great, instant adhesion but tons of time to move around where you want it .
You could also just glue mosaic tile pieces or glass gems or sea shells etc. around the edge on all four sides as a border and forget the wood frame altogether.
