you need to treat your pets for fleas and also kill the fleas in the house - monthly pet meds are the best way to keep the fleas from coming inside with your pets - they make meds for dogs and cats - here are some flea killing ideas

I went through this myself. What I did was: purchased flea bombs based on the square footage of your area that has become invaded by fleas. Then plan the day because you need to leave the home, and anyone else including pets, but before you do you need to first give your dog a bath with dog shampoo and lather him/her up letting the soap sit for about 5 minutes, you can buy flea shampoo but dog shampoo works just as well...then pack yourself and pets in the car and find something/someplace to go for a few hours. Go visit a friend or go somewhere you can take your fur baby with you. Make sure all windows are closed in the house before you set the bombs off and the pets are already in the car. Then you be ready to go after setting the bombs. Good luck

I had a terrible time with fleas! First I treated the cat with a flea spot that kills all stages of fleas. Then I had a company come to spray my house and basement. They used this https://amzn.to/34L5aqb You can buy it on Amazon. It took a couple of applications but it works. It also kills all stages. I then used a flea trap light https://amzn.to/2O0ee4E with the sticky bottoms to gauge if I was getting the fleas, they trap the adults in the sticky base. After a while they were gone. Good luck, so sorry you're having this problem.
