Sound like you need Mr. Clean. Do these pets live inside the house? Well, the cats love fish, Gecko eat flies, and the 2 pot belly pigs would be good for the holidays(Ham, pork chops, pork tenderloins, pull pork and many more delicious meals). Now, lets deal with the Cats, since they ate the fish; maybe they will eat the Gecko. And for the Knats all you have to do is keep everything cleaned.

    Keep the animals area clean.

I do apologize, and I though that you was kidding.

Okay, seriously, I used a flourescent zapper light bulb for the flies(Home Depot) and also a magnetic screen door mash net curtain for when ever the doors are open. Use organic fly spray, which is not harmful to the animals will help. For the knats or fruit flies remove all fruit substance to the outside daily. Spray trash cans with the organic spray. don't allow the fruit to start spoiling. The above should work.

Okay dont't eat the pigs they are family.

      Again, I am sorry.

Best way to get rid of flies is to swat them. Get a fly swatter for every room (they are cheap) so you will always have one handy.

Fruit flies, put a half inch of apple cider vinegar or red wine in a wide glass and cover it with plastic wrap. Poke round holes in the wrap and sit one out in every room that is infested. It will probably take about a week to catch all of them. Leave the trap(s) out through the fall.

You might consider cleaning the litter box daily.
