Can someone send a link to a pumpkin made from metal strips and a plumbing joint, was painted in a rust color and I think it was a Canadian who made it.

Yes! The strips are cut off a roll of galvanized metal plumbing pipe strapping (which has perforated holes) , then spray painted.
