Have you looked around to see if you could purchase more siding in the same style. Often you can replace just the damaged pieces.

Another option could be to epoxy the broken areas, sand and smooth, then paint to match your existing siding. Or after repair paint your entire house.

Unfortunately, yard work can cause damage to vinyl or plastic. Mowers will throw rocks and twigs, and weed wackers cause damage.

Maybe removing rocks from your yard is an option to prevent future damage.

We have a mobile and when we put up a nice, but expensive siding style skirt, we layed treated 4x4 on the ground to raise the bottom of the skirt, so that we had something to let the weed wacker hit without damage to the skirt.

We use a expanding foam in those type holes. Make sure there is no moisture between siding and wall ( I loosely taped the area for a few days so moisture can dry out but no more goes in). Then we put the foam into holes. It expands to fill the gap and will bulge out. After it cures, you can trim it flush with the siding.

Try some Marine Caulk Sealer It will fill the holes, keep water out, and I think it comes in different colors..
