You can paint laminate but you need to do some prep work first. You need to either rough up the surface with liquid sander or sandpaper. Then use a primer coat and top coat of paint. Or you can buy a paint with a primer already in it. Let dry. You will probably need a second (top) coat.
Hi you sure can! Use a chalk based or mineral based paint. Annie Sloan adheres great to laminate!
