Can I use plank vinyl flooring to do wainscoting?

Janaette....It might work with the baseboard and railing on the wall. I have seriously thought about it behind commode and my husband covered the entire wall and shelves in a closet in our basement bathroom. It looks great but was all one piece that he cut to fit. Good luck!
Yes, if it is not flimsy. It normally has a "tongue and groove" design. Use a construction or panel adhesive to glue to the wall. Small brad gun nails can hold it until glue sets. You will probably want to add a chair rail trim at the top and baseboard at the bottom. I remove bamboo flooring and used it as a wall covering (floor to ceiling).
Yes it can, just make sure to use liquid nails glue to make sure it does not come off.
