How can I make a stand for a decorative statue?

I have a yard statue that has cracked (ceramic) like material due to weather over the years. I tried gluing it but no luck. It's a tree branch , shaped like an upside down "T" & hanging from it is a tire with a boy & girl sitting on the tire just swinging. It stands like 16 inches high, it's pretty big. It has 3 chains coming from the tire & can be hooked to something, what is the question. Like maybe a piece of metal from Home Depot or something? Just let it hang. Any ideas? Use water putty from Home Depot- I have fixed several and then repainted.
Sounds like it's a resin piece. Two part epoxy to do the repair. A shepherd's hook to hang it.
Try to fix it with epoxy putty.
It's a two-part epoxy sticky-found at big box hardware stores for about $6.
You mix press -then you can use scrape off excess (I use depleted gift card) and/or sand and paint. Cured putty is strong enough to drill through. Its a light grey putty.

Every home owner crafter or second hand shopper need a 2 part putty epoxy stick!
You can find other expensive and smaller 2 part epoxy sticks versions in the boat marine and wood repair sections this Oatey one is a great value.
