To keep out cold, heat and noise in the house, the inner walls are insulated. Insulation creates a barrier that reduces movement and sound vibrations and forms a barrier between you and the outdoor environment.
You can plant tall bushes as a buffer several feet away from the deck. Fence panels can act as a buffer zone and deflect sound. Privacy panels can also help.
Plant extra trees, bushes and a fence. Maybe a privacy panel would help block it as well.
