How do I care for arborvitae?

I live in the northeast and would like to know when to feed my arborvitae and what to use.

Varieties of arborvitae love moist soil. They are beautiful trees and make a very beautiful addition to the property! Congratulations on having them in your yard! I would look for evergreen fertilizer in the Miracle Gro section. They often list what trees or bushes need specific Miracle Gro foods. Feed in the spring and be sure it gets lots of water as they love a moist setting. Some people use mulch around them to help hold the moisture in the soil. Be sure to trim any dead branches right away.
Holly Tone might be a good bet and you can use it for tons of other plants as well
