How do I clean out a musty smell in my washer?

You’ll need to use a cleaner like Affresh.

They make appliance cleaners called afresh . Also you need to keep the door open any time you aren't using it !

If you have a front loading washer, you may need to use a cleaner such as Simple Green and old tooth brush to clean the rubber in the front. Also, don't forget to remove the holder for the soap/softener dispenser and clean under it also. Vinegar would also work for cleaning this way.

You need to wash your washing machine. Silly right? Pull out your owners manual or look it up on line. One cycle with vinegar is not enough to properly clean it. I use vinegar in every load, but that's a different story.
