How can I remove and replace a cabinet that is over the refrigerator?

Usually the cabinet is attached to the wall with screws. Take them out and remove the cabinet. You will have to do some repairs on the wall, but then you're ready for something new.
Agree with Ann. Also make sure they aren't screwed to each other. May have to also repair or finish the cabinet beside the one you are removing.
Cabinets are also usually attached to each other through the face frame. You should remove the face frame screws first
