It looks like you need to use an Allen wrench to unscrew it. You know, the things that are about 2" long with an L shaped end to the screw part?

Hi, Nooshin!
I would try a screw extraction kit like this because the screw appears to be stripped... I hope this helps!
What kind of screwdriver did you try? This looks like a phillips head screw, star shapped, is that what you tried to use? Make sure you are using the right size phillips head.
usually if the screw isn't completely gone ,try a square bit to pull a damaged Phillips screw.
A square screwdriver end is called a Robertson.
It was invented by a Canadian named Peter Robertson in 1909.
All else fails you can drill the screw out. Use a drill bit as large as the head. Once the head is gone pop the metal off. A pair of pliers on the stub to get the screw out.
I can't enlarge the picture, but I agree with flipturn. It appears to be either a square head or a torx head. Either will be available at a regular hardware store or in a bit tip set for your drill.
It does look like a Phillips. If you can turn the screw at all, I would slip a very thin blade in back of the head. While turning the screw push the blade outward against the head. Hope this helps.
Hello,
You use the right screw driver! or maybe a small flat screwdriver that fits, press and turn!
