Yes, get the acrylic repair kit from a diy store for the smaller ones it works well.
When we bought our house years back, it had one of those 50's advocado green shower/tub units, the floor of it eventually gave way with a big crack, we used Bondo as a stop gap measure because the hole was large. Eventually had to replace.

How big is the hole? If it is a tiny one Lowes has a water proof acrylic item they sell in a tube. Less then $10.
