Are you building the shed from scratch, trying to rebuild or repair an existing shed floor, or adding a floor to a shed that does not have one? How big an area and how high?
Plywood, concrete stepping stones?
Mine was similar to #3 but I used #1 concrete pavers instead of deck blocks.

We did marine grade plywood on pressure treated floor joists.
