How do I hang pictures on a cement block?
Half of my bedroom Houston cement block and I would like to know if there is a way for me to hang pictures. Do command hooks stay on a porous surface like that?I am an apartment dweller so I need something that I can also remove if I need to

are they painted/sealed or raw cement? Not sure what the "Houston cement block" means?? where you live? where it's been made/company? Anyway if it has not been sealed at all & you live in Houston(high humidity) I really don't think command hooks will stay you could try to hot glue a picture hanger or command hook on wall then pop it off glue & all when you want to move. it works on bricks here are some others to try https://blog.reallygoodstuff.com/how-to-get-things-to-stick-to-cinder-block-walls/ here are some more https://www.amazon.com/pcr/Best-Rated-Adhesive-Putty-Reviews/490663011

Command hook might work. I had an issue with one on an odd surface so I used Gorilla Tape.
