I would think the easiest way would be to lengthen the legs. If you are concerned about matching the existing legs you could replace all legs with ones that are longer.
There are so many leg ideas out there now. You can remove the existing legs and either make or purchase longer legs. You can totally change the look of the table if you wanted to. Have fun!
