How can I repair the wood on my bed from these water marks?

They are white marks just like you get from putting a hot cup on a table help would be appreciated
Use olive oil with vinegar. I have had good luck with that. Try it at least.

Have you tried washing it with Murphy’s oil soap
It looks like the finish has been wiped off. These aren't really "marks" they are the removal of something. Try putting some polyurethane on them.
