The best way is glue traps... and get a dehumidifier. They love dark and moist areas. Camel crickets are harmless, but so annoying!!! They’re hard to kill, so glue traps to catch them is the best way along with removing the moisture they crave... which is also really bad for your home. You can get those DampRid things to put around that draw moisture from the air and you will see just how much humidity is actually in your basement.

Raid makes a “Fumigator” product that will kill them. $13 for 3 canisters. I would use all 3, if the space is large or complicated.

It will take breaking their mating/gestation cycle. Meaning, you’ll need to re-fumigate in a week, or whatever will break that cycle.

You’ll have to leave the house when you fumigate. No pets nor plants either. Take normal fumigation prep procedures.

Every now and then we get these in our house, which is on a slab foundation. What we do is decrease the moisture level in the house by using a dehumidifier, go around and seal cracks. Also, we check for leaky pipes and faucets. In addition to that, we put down the sticky cardboard traps, just lay them flat. You can find these at Walmart in a multipack for a reasonable price.
