How can i see what projects are offered in email?

this happens periodically where I lose the "pictures" that come with projects. why I don't know, and it seems you at home talk do not either.

however you seem to send something that does fix the issue when I ask.

please fix this issue. it would be wonderful not to waste your time doing this. or my time for that matter.

    It sounds to me like you have a data issue. Either there's inadequate data connection when your pictures disappear or the resources of your device are limited. Try closing all windows, shut down and restart your device.

    Hi Carol,

    I agree with the others that it is something either with your connection or your computer. The pictures should not disappear from your email. Flipturn has a good idea to contact Hometalk customer service. Those of us here are members who have agreed to help with questions or other members who like to help others. BTW, I think the first step is exactly as Laura suggested. Shut down everything including your computer and possibly your wi-fi connection (just to cover it all). Unplug your wi-fi from the box to reset it. (or call your internet provider for help to reset) Let it sit for a few minutes, then first turn on your wi-fi or plug in your wi-fi. Once all of the lights are back on, you can then turn on your computer and open your email to see if the problem is fixed. I hope this helps. Wishing you the best.
