How can I convert a 13x10 room into a bath/utility room combination?

    You absolutely can do both as it does look like a big room. Draw your map or if you are hiring a contractor have them draw you a map in at least three different styles. They get pretty smart working with people and can give you a great idea about your layout.

    Go with a deep sink so you can use for clothes as well as normal bathroom use. Separate the utility items behind a curtain.

    Sounds great! With a room that size, consider a closet/cabinet for towels, washcloths, and other bathroom supplies. A wall-mounted towel warmer would be a great addition, too!

    That's a great size room you could even put in a separate tub and shower! Depending on how close plumbing / water is to the space will make a large impact on how easy and affordable it will be to do.
