Well Shelby your question was then not clear. To remove white paint (or any color actually) from your floor use paint remover, or sand, or try scraping. Of course you will then have to refinish the floors to the extent you have scraped them.
If you want to remove the white paint specks from your hardwood floors, what I would do is take a dull plastic edge-such as an old unused credit card and gently scrape them off. Another way would be to get a plastic scraper and go about it that way, then you would be target specific and do no damage. Yes, I know it sound pretty labor intensive, but that is the best solution I have short of stripping the floors. Best to you.
I am in process of painting mine (1880's home) and did a small area with floor paint. It has held up very well. I cleaned the floor then did 2 coats of paint.

To remove paint, many people swear by Citristrip - but they changed their formula and none of the veterans like it.
I would look at gel strippers if you’re going to be doing things like baseboards in-place. Look for low-odor, if doing this in-place.
Invest in 0000 steel wool, many putty knives & scrapers and of course, rubber gloves.
There’s lots of YT videos on this- it’s quite messy and takes a lot of time- so I would do small sections at a time.
