    Most will root in water. Just take cuttings and remove any leaves that will be under water. They should sprout roots in no time. When there is sufficient root growth plant in soil.

    Hi Brenda, If you would like to propagate more pots of begonias, fill out the original pot with more plants, or just share with friends, begonias are some of the easiest to root from cuttings. No need to use a soilless mix and rooting hormone, these plants want to grow. You can start them in a glass of water.

    You can take a cutting and place it in miracle grow and just keep it moist and it will grow they are very easy to root on their own
