Hello, I personally have found The source of my drain flow problems to be hair or debris trapped in the P trap area. Using a tool like the ones at the dollar store can help remove that mechanical obstruction.

For Fat and grease - use Dishwash soap and Hot water to disperse.
Remove as much as possible with a snake or drain cleaning tool. Pour ½ cup baking soda then ½ cup white vinegar in the drain and cover, letting sit for 20 minutes. Boil water, remove cover, and pour water down the drain. You may have to repeat the process.
Thank you it’s in my shower , I will try that and hope it works , it goes down very slow
