Concrete Pumpkin Project ~
You can fill them up with a concrete mixture, one part water and the other part concrete, it takes about 3 hours to get hard. I would follow the instructions from the concrete bag. Here is a post where I made concrete candle holders, you can use the same concrete mixture.
