You can purchase straps that are similar to old style garter fasteners. Also, I found this recently but haven't purchased. Looks like a giant headband to me. I'm considering them.
The top sheet won't slide so much if you make hospital corners at the bottom. I have seen the elastic strips at Walmart and Bed Bath. The ones with the clips work the best. The ones with the slider fasteners are hard to use.

Try Velcro. The permanent sticky part to your mattress and the other part in your fitted sheet.
